Spacious campus

The University has two campuses, Kakuma Campus and Takaramachi -Tsuruma campus.

Kakuma Campus

The Kakuma Campus, one of the largest single campuses of a national university in Japan, is home to students in the fields of Transdisciplinary Sciences for Innovation, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Science, Engineering and Pharmacy. The ability to study on the same campus with other schools is one of the major attractions of the Kakuma Campus compared to other universities with campuses scattered throughout. The surrounding hills are designated as "Satoyama Zone" and are home to many plants and animals.

Takaramachi-Tsuruma Campus

Students in the medical and health fields study at Takara-machi /Tsuruma campus, which has a long history and is known as a mecca for medicine. There is also University Hospital where you can receive advanced training. In addition, it is located within a few minutes by bicycle from sightseeing and cultural facilities such as Kenrokuen, Kanazawa Castle, and 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art? and has good access to downtown.
