The president also presented the congratulatory messages and commemorative gifts to 9 of the 22 members who had reached the age of 99 (hakuju), 88 (beiju), 77 (kiju), and 70 (koki), and thanked the representatives for their attendance. The business report and financial report followed, and the business plan (draft), budget (draft), partial revision of the constitution (draft), and officers (draft) were discussed and approved.
At the reception that followed the meeting, the members and the executives of the university, who had long since reunited after the Corona disaster and the Noto Peninsula earthquake, enjoyed a pleasant time while checking on each other's health and the damage caused by the earthquake.
