Kanazawa University Kakuma Campus Master Plan (December 2023)

～The Kakuma Campus, the main campus of the University of Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as "the University"), has been deteriorating since its comprehensive relocation in 1989.
Kanazawa University 34 years have passed since the Kakuma Campus, the main campus of the University of Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as "the University"), was comprehensively relocated in 1989, and the facilities and equipment are aging, while social conditions surrounding the University are also changing with the times. Therefore, the Kakuma Campus, which serves as the foundation for increasingly sophisticated and multifunctional education and research activities, has been transformed from both software and hardware aspects into a "co-creation center for the future society" in cooperation with various stakeholders, and the "quality and attractiveness of the campus" have been improved. The Kakuma Campus Master Plan was formulated with the aim of realizing a "town" like campus that is open to the public and integrated with the local community.

Kanazawa University Campus Master Plan 2020

Kanazawa University the Charter of Kanazawa University The Campus Master Plan aims to create a campus environment suitable for a research university dedicated to education, while opening up its doors to both local and global society while taking into account the SDGs, and to create an environment where global human resources can lead a campus life. It will also be formulated every five years based on the Academic Plan and the Operational Strategy as a policy for effective utilization of existing assets and development of new facilities and environment within the scope of about the next 10 years from a medium- to long-term perspective.
